In this one-day facilitated. retreat you will explore the patterns that are repeated in your family line (biological, adoptive, and other relationships are all considered). You will discover and honor the gifts of your ancestors and identify and begin healing work on the traumas that have been replicating through your line - for both yourself and your ancestors.
We will weave together transgenerational epigenetics and genealogy tools and symbols to form a foundation for the transformative work to follow. You will then be expertly guided through reflection, storymaking, trance, voice, and art expressions, and ceremony to integrate the new awarenesses you have gained and initiate healing of your lineage. About your instructors: Brita Wynn Dinsmore is a respected cultural anthropology and genetics professor who is also well versed in shamanism and the esoteric arts.
