As an experienced coach, I use many different techniques to help my clients gain the clarity they seek and reach their goals. The intuitive connection I create with the client is where the magic happens, often resulting in dramatic leaps in awareness for them.
I integrate traditional coaching techniques with spiritual tools and practices when they are in alignment with my clients' values and beliefs. My emphasis is twofold: catalyzing transformative learning moments for personal growth, and optimizing personal and professional relationships for greater harmony. Experience I have held an organizational leadership position for the past 15 years, so I understand the challenges facing the leaders of today. In my private practice, I coach and consult with government, non-profits, and businesses, and also design and deliver leadership and team workshops. I have been coaching professionally and certified by the International Coach Federation since 2015. I have taught classes in various topics for 30 years, and I am highly regarded as an adult educator and public speaker. I have presented at numerous conferences over the years, including being a featured keynote speaker at a professional conference, and a returning guest lecturer at the University of Washington on the subject of emotional intelligence for teams. I have logged over 500 formal coaching hours with clients over the past few years, and countless Tarot consultations over the past 30 years. I have studied and practiced several alternative approaches to coaching, including constellations work, and have integrated creative trance, dreamwork, and metaphor coaching into my practice under the label "SoulWork".
