My mentor asked me a potent question one day: "Who are you becoming?" It stunned me into silence for a bit, and I reflected on that question for several weeks. What I love about that question is that it is forward looking and doesn't keep me bound to my present state, but rather moving towards my desired future state.
This is why I love coaching. It doesn't dwell in the past, though it is informed by it. Present state awareness and a positive vision of one's future state is the energetic of the coaching approach |
Experience
I have been coaching professionally since 2015, and am certified by the International Coach Federation (widely considered the gold standard in coaching) at the PCC level, which attests that I have logged over 500 client hours. I'm also an experienced Myers-Briggs practitioner and have achieved MBTI Master Practitioner status.
